Food for Convocation!

Restaurants, Saturday Lunch & Community Meal

Salem is a food lovers heaven.

There is everything your taste buds may desire. From vegan and vegetarian options, to a meat and seafood lovers dream. From downtown to the harbor you will find places for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with lots of ice cream shoppes and bakeries. You will even find the oldest candy company in the states that straighten next to the church. 

Food Delivery Services
If you wish to order your own food for deliver to the church please order early enough to allow time for delivery people to get there and be avalaible to take delivery of your order.

Friday
All Day
You are on your own for meals on Friday. We have scheduled registration to start early afternoon and dinner space from 4:30 to 6:45 pm. The weekend events will kick off at 7 pm. 

It is highly recommended to make reservations ahead of time. Salem is a popular restaurant destination in the region and places fill up very quickly. You can check our your options at Destination Salem's website salem.org.

Saturday
Lunch Option
We plan to have coffee, tea and pitchers of water available all weekend. If participants want to bring treats to share that is welcome. 

At lunch time we plan to have box lunches available for a additional fee you can pay during the registration process. We plan to have vegan, vegetarian and meat options.

Community Meal
In the evening there will be a Community Meal with salads, vegan, vegetarian and meat entree options. There will be a fee to cover the food expenses.

Bardic Circle 40th Anniversary Party!
Let's celebrate all of the accomplishments of chapters, members, and the organization with birthday cake, songs, stories and more to celebrate CUUPS 40th Anniversary!

Sunday
After church there will be a simple fellowship time after the service with beverages and simple treats. We will end the weekend by 1 pm to give everyone ample time to head home or spend more time in the city having fun!

All Weekend
On Sunday, we plan to have coffee, tea and water available. If participants want to bring treats to share that is welcome.
